Marissa Neitling
Marissa Lee Neitling (born May 8, 1984 in Lake Oswego , Oregon ) is an American television and film actress . In German-speaking countries she is mainly known as a member of the main cast of the television series The Last Ship , in which she played the role of Lt. Kara Green (formerly Foster ) plays. She is also known for her role as Phoebe in the disaster film San Andreas .
Life
Neitling was born in Lake Oswego , Oregon to Joy and Stanley Neitling. She has a sister, Mackenzie, and an adopted brother, Adam, and graduated from high school in her hometown in 2002. She then graduated with degrees in math and drama from the University of Oregon and later completed a Masters of Fine Arts from Yale University from. In 2011 she made her acting debut in the series Leverage . She has played in The Last Ship since 2014 .
