Marjan Pečar (born January 27, 1941 in Mojstrana , Kingdom of Yugoslavia ) is a former Yugoslav ski jumper .

Career

Pečar made his international debut as part of the Four Hills Tournament 1959/60 , where he achieved the best result in Innsbruck with 17th place. In the overall ranking he achieved the best overall result of his career with rank 18. In the following years he could not build on it.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Zakopane in 1962 , Pečar was registered as a participant, but did not start.

At the opening competition of the Four Hills Tournament in 1965/66 , Pečar achieved the best individual tournament result in Oberstdorf on the Schattenbergschanze with 13th place. In the overall ranking he reached 38th place at the end of the tour. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 1966 , Pečar came 32nd from the normal hill with jumps on 72 and 70.5 meters. Shortly before, he had already reached 34th place after two jumps on 74.5 meters each from the large hill.

At the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble , Pečar started again in both individual disciplines. In the individual on the normal hill he reached the 46th place and the 39th place on the large hill.
