Marjana Domaškojc (German Marianne Domaschke ; born February 28, 1872 in Zahsow ; † August 11, 1946 ibid) was a Lower Sorbian (Wendish) factory worker and workers' writer.

In 1886 she began to work in a textile factory in Cottbus . She was employed there until 1931 and gathered impressions and experiences of the Wendish-German working conditions in Lower Lusatia .

From 1925 she wrote reports and especially poems for various Wendish newspapers and magazines. Above all, her impressions of local nature and village life from a religious point of view were incorporated into her poems. She also wrote patriotic poems, in which she critically dealt with the situation of the Sorbs and Wends at the time.

In 1929 her socio-critical play Z chudych žywjenja (From the Lives of the Poor) appeared in the then magazine Łužyca , in which she described the living conditions of the Sorbs . The play could not be performed in Germany due to the resistance of German national circles, especially since the leading figure of the Jew Aron was described positively. It was first performed in Czech in Prague in 1932 .

The former Sorbian Advanced High School in Cottbus (today's Lower Sorbian Gymnasium ) was named after her in the GDR .

In the Schmellwitz district of Cottbus , a street bears her name.
