Mark Harry Diones (born March 1, 1993 in Libmanan ) is a Filipino triple jumper .
Athletic career
Mark Harry Diones gained his first international experience at the Southeast Asian Games 2015 in Singapore , where he finished fourth with 15.87 m. In 2017 he won the silver medal behind Chinese Zhu Yaming at the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar with 16.45 m . At the subsequent Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur , he also won the silver medal behind the Malaysian Muhammad Hakimi Ismail with 16.63 m . The following year he took part for the first time in the Asian Games in Jakarta , where he finished twelfth with 15.72 m. At the 2019 Asian Championships in Doha, he jumped to fifth with 16.24 m. In December he won the silver medal behind the Malaysian Ismail again at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas with 16.42 m.
