Mark Sanger

Mark Sanger (born January 13, 1974 in Hemel Hempstead , England ) is a British film editor who was awarded the Oscar for the film Gravity 2014 in the category Best Editing .

Career

Sanger has been in the film industry since the 1990s. He was often an assistant editor , including films such as James Bond 007 - Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) and 102 Dalmatians (2000). Together with director Alfonso Cuarón , he was the editor of the global hit Gravity , which earned them a Critics' Choice Movie Award , a BAFTA nomination and an Oscar .
