Marketa Kochta (born July 14, 1975 in Prague ) is a former German tennis player .

Kochta was able to win two tournaments in her career. These were the 1991 ITF tournament in Moulins / France and in 1999 the one in Spoleto, Italy . She was also in the semifinals in San Diego in 1993. She reached her highest world ranking on July 18, 1994 when she finished 45th. Her older sister Renata was also a professional tennis player. Her father Jiri , who coached her until 1991, is a former Czech ice hockey player and coach. She has been married to professional tennis player Jiří Vaněk since 2002 , with whom she has two sons.
