Markku Kukkoaho
Markku Kukkoaho ( Markku Juhani Kukkoaho; born November 11, 1946 in Puolanka ) is a former Finnish sprinter .
In 1971 he was fourth over 400 m at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and was eliminated in the 4-by-400-meter relay in the preliminary run.
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich he was sixth over 400 m and in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
In 1974 he won bronze in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the European Championships in Rome and was fourth in the 400 m . The following year he was second over 400 m in the European Athletics Cup 1975 .
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, he was eighth in the 4-by-400-meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 400 m .
In 1978 he came at the European Championships in Prague over 400 m and in the 4 x 400 meter relay not beyond the first lap.
Twice he was Finnish champion over 200 m (1971, 1976) and four times over 400 m (1970-1972, 1974).
