The 5th European Athletics Cup A final took place on August 16 and 17, 1975 in the Parc des sports de l'Ouest in Nice ( France ).
33 disciplines were held (20 men, 13 women).
The competition cycle was again reduced from three to two years.
Women and men competed again in the same competition venue.
