The market hall in Bray-sur-Seine , a French commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region , was built in 1841/42. The market hall on Rue Taveau has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1991 .

The market hall was built on the site of a previous building according to plans by the architect Gilbert. Four pillars made of stone blocks support the wooden structure and the lantern . Sixteen more pillars support the attic . An iron grating between the pillars closes the hall. The roof is made of zinc, the floor is covered with stone slabs. In 1864 the hall construction was reinforced with four cast iron pillars.
