Markus Binder

Markus Binder (born April 9, 1963 in Enns , Austria ) is a musician and author . He is best known for the Attwenger duo , which he forms with Hans Peter Falkner.

Life

Markus Binder graduated from Khevenhüller Gymnasium and has been running the Austrian Groove - Slang - Punk duo Attwenger with Hans Peter Falkner since 1990 . Eleven albums have been released so far, most recently the CD Spot in 2015 . Attwenger gave more than 800 live concerts at home and abroad, for example in Zimbabwe , Malaysia , Russia , Vietnam , Pakistan , the USA , Mexico , Indonesia and Myanmar .

Markus Binder is also active as a solo artist. 2001 his solo record photos 01 was released . He has also published the volume of short stories Testsiegerstrasse and the novel Teilzeitrevue .

Markus Binder has three children. He lives in Vienna and Linz.
