Markus Knackmuß

Markus Knackmuß (born June 7, 1974 in Radolfzell ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

In his youth Knackmuß played for FC Radolfzell and SV Allensbach .

The 1.88 m tall and 83 kg heavy right foot was a defender . In 1998 he moved from FV Donaueschingen to SC Pfullendorf , where he began his professional career. In 2001 Knackmuß moved to league rival SSV Jahn Regensburg , with whom he made promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2002/03 . For two years, from 2004 to 2006, he played for FC Augsburg . Markus Knackmuß became champions of the Regionalliga Süd in 2006 with the Augsburg team and was promoted to the second division. The following two years, until January 31, 2008, the defensive man played at Dynamo Dresden , then he returned to SC Pfullendorf. From January to June 2010 he was active for FC Konstanz . From July 2010 to 2015 he played for FC 08 Villingen in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg , in spring 2015 he was coach there.
