The sports club Allensbach 1907 eV is a German sports club from the southern Baden community of Allensbach on Lake Constance .
The Union
The association, founded in 1907, has around 1200 members who are organized in the departments of football , handball , table tennis , gymnastics and popular sports .
The club is known nationwide for its women's handball team, which plays its home games in the Riesenberghalle in the Kaltbrunn district of Allensbach . From 1989 to 2011 the chickens belonged to the 2nd Bundesliga , then relegated to the 3rd division because they could not qualify for the new single-track 2nd Bundesliga. For the 2013/14 season he was promoted to the second division. Since the 2015/16 season they have been playing in the 3rd division again.
