Markus Mitterhuber

Markus Mitterhuber (* 1967 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actor .

Life

Markus Mitterhuber studied drama, singing and dance at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna from 1987 to 1989 , graduating with distinction.

From the 1994/95 season (program Burenwurst goes Europe ) to the season 2004/05 (program Mitten am Rand ) he was a member of the ensemble in the Viennese cabaret Simpl . From 1997 to 2008 he was on ORF in the children's series Mimis Villa Schnattermund , Mimis Schnattershow and Zirkus um Confetti as caretaker Huber. He also gave the puppy his voice. Guest engagements have taken him to the Stadttheater Baden , the Graumann Theater in Vienna, the Amstetten, Berndorf and Liechtenstein Castle festivals as well as the Gloria Theater in Vienna, for example in the 2018/19 season in Stair Up Stairway by Alan Ayckbourn and in Whole Guys by Kerry Renard.

Since 1997 he has worked as an actor, puppeteer and puppeteer at the Arlequin Theater in Vienna . Since 2008 he has also been a member of the What's New? .
