Marta Bernardi (born March 28, 1989 ) is an Italian duathlete and triathlete . She is multiple Italian champion and is included in the best list of Italian triathletes on the Ironman distance .

Career

Marta Bernardi became Italian champion in the middle distance in Sardinia in June 2017. In September she started on the Ironman distance for the first time (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running), finished third in the first edition of Ironman Italy and with her time of 09:20:04 h was the Third fastest in the best list of Italian triathletes on the Ironman distance .

In March 2019 she became Italian Duathlon Champion and in July the 30-year-old finished fourth at the ETU European Championship on the half-distance in Romania.
