Rossetti comes from Puegnago sul Garda . In her youth she also practiced athletics , but gave it up in favor of alpine skiing and joined the Agonistica Campiglio Valrendena ski club . As a 16-year-old, she took part in FIS races for the first time in November 2015, concentrating on the technical disciplines of slalom and giant slalom from the start. The first appearances in the European Cup followed in mid-December 2016. In March 2017, she won the Italian slalom junior championship. She finished in the European Cup points for the first time in January 2018, one month later she won her first FIS race and in March 2018 she defended her junior championship from the previous year.
Rossetti made her debut in the World Cup on December 15, 2018 in the slalom of Zagreb , where she finished 41st. In the 2019/20 season she established herself in the European Cup. After three top 10 results at the beginning of winter, she achieved her first European Cup victory in the slalom in Zell am See on January 17, 2020 , followed by second place in Hasliberg six days later . She got her first World Cup points on January 14th with 22nd place in Flachau . A month later she advanced to twelfth place in the World Cup slalom in Kranjska Gora .
