Martin Beeler (born July 25, 1920 in Einsiedeln ; † May 3, 2008 ) was an old master of Swiss country music .

The studied professional musician lived and worked in Einsiedeln as a conductor , composer , music publisher and music producer . He called his company Musik Beeler . In addition to his main instrument, the clarinet , he also played the saxophone , accordion and piano . His greatest success among his own compositions is a Foxtrot called "Alles tanzt Fox". The melody is suitable for incorporating improvisations. Beeler's Ländlerkapelle cultivates the concert style of Central Switzerland.

Life

Beeler came from an old family of musicians. Even his father Martin Beeler sen. was a well-known musician and classic, who gained the highest recognition through his appearances at concerts with international artists in Einsiedeln Abbey .

Beeler was a successful composer, musician and conductor. In addition to his many TV, radio and vinyl recordings with his Einsiedler Ländlerkapelle , he has achieved his greatest successes with his sextet (an extension of his LÄNDER lineup). His performances in Switzerland are best remembered; in festival huts, congress halls, TC events in Basel - Zurich - etc. as well as at the beer festival in the Chesa Veglia (Palace St. Moritz ), Hong Kong , the Netherlands , California , Las Vegas and every year at the Lake Constance concert . Beeler's Ländlerkapelle was also the house band in the Rössli restaurant in Trachslau , which was run by his daughter Carmen.
