Martin Kryštof (born October 11, 1982 in Mostiště , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech volleyball player .

Career

Kryštof started his volleyball career in 1990. At home he played Vavex Příbram and VK Dukla Liberec . He won the national cup in 2006 and 2008 and was runner-up twice in 2004 and 2007. In 2008 the Libero moved to the German Bundesliga to the Berlin Recycling Volleys . In 2010 he took part in the World Cup in Italy with the Czech national team. The Czechs made it into the third group stage, in which they failed after a narrow defeat against Brazil by the German team and then also lost the game for ninth place. In 2011 Kryštof reached the playoff finals with the Berlin Recycling Volleys and was German champion in 2012 , 2013 and 2014 . For the 2015/16 season, Kryštof is moving to Jihostroj České Budějovice in the Czech Republic .
