Martin Pajos (born September 15, 1988 ) is a former Estonian biathlete .

Pajos competed in his first international races in 2007 as part of the IBU Junior Cup . In Otepää , the junior cross-country races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2007 became the first international championship, in which the Estonian was 17th in the sprint and 12th in the mass start race. A year later he started in Ruhpolding at the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2008 and was 39th in the individual, 45th in the sprint and 57th in the pursuit. A little later he also ran in the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships in 2008 in Nové Město na Moravě , where he finished 23rd in the individual, 52nd in the sprint and 48th in the pursuit. At the Junior World Championships 2009 in Canmore Pajos reached the positions 18 in the individual, 51 in the sprint and 48 in the pursuit.

Since 2009 Pajos has started with men in the performance area. Here he contested his first races in Ridnaun and was 86th in the individual and 105th in the sprint. In 2011 he achieved his best result so far in the racing series with rank 41 and missed the points by just one place. At the 2010 European Biathlon Championships in Otepää, he made his first appearance in an international championship in the performance area and was 58th in the sprint and 50th in the pursuit.
