The Martin Peak is a 1,045  m high mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the northern Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 5 km northeast of Nance Ridge in the Thomas Hills .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Christopher Martin, a biologist at the Palmer Station from 1966 to 1967.
