Martin Wolfram (born January 29, 1992 in Dresden ) is a German diver . He starts for the Dresdner SC in art and tower diving as well as in synchronized jumping. He is trained by Frank Taubert.

Wolfram celebrated his first successes at the Junior European Championships. In 2007 he won gold from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and bronze from the 10-meter tower, and again in 2010 bronze from the tower. Since 2007, he has been able to take second place three times and third place four times at German championships. After his second place from the tower at the German Championships 2011, the DSV nominated him for the 2011 World Championships in Shanghai . Wolfram reached 20th place in his first international competition in the adult area from the 10-m tower and was eliminated in the preliminary fight.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London , he was 8th in the 10-meter tower competition. Because of his injuries sustained in London, he was operated on several times. In order to put less strain on his shoulders, he extended his training to jumping off the board and surprisingly won his first medal in the adult category at the 2013 European Championships in Rostock not from the tower (where he did not compete), but in jumping from the 1-meter board , in which he finished second. He won the first gold medal on June 13, 2015 at the European Championships 2015 , which took place again in Rostock.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, he finished fifth from the tower.

Wolfram is a sports soldier in the Bundeswehr sports promotion group in Frankenberg, Saxony .

Wolfram lives in Freital near Dresden.
