The marts peak is a 4551 m high, small and scharfgratiger peaks in West Antarctic Ellsworth Land . It rises on the southeastern edge of the summit plateau of the Vinson massif, 4.3 km east-northeast of Mount Vinson in the Sentinel Range of the Ellsworth Mountains .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2006 after the American mountaineer Brian Marts, a member of the American Antarctic Mountaineering Expedition (1966-1967), in which the first ascent of the Vinson massif and other high mountains in the Sentinel Range succeeded.
