Massenhysterie is the second solo album by the German rapper Godsilla . It was released on September 11, 2006 on the independent label I Luv Money Records .
Emergence
After the release of his debut album Überertalentiert in 2004, Godsilla devoted himself to the collaboration album Schmutzige Euros with his label boss King Orgasmus One , which was released in 2005. After that, work on mass hysteria began .

Most of the beats on the album were produced by DJ Ilan , Serk , Produes, Raiden and Djorkaeff .
Cover design
The album cover is kept in dark tones. Godsilla can be seen in a black sweater, chain and sunglasses in the left part of the picture. In the right part you can see a helicopter flying over a building. At the top of the picture is I Luv Money Records Presented and at the bottom right is godsilla and underneath it is mass hysteria .
Guest Posts
Ten songs on the album contain guest contributions from other artists. Godsilla's label boss King Orgasmus One is featured on the songs Pornobo $$ Shit , Überstars and Berlin macht Welle (BMW) , on the latter also Bass Sultan Hengzt , who can also be heard at Rede mit der Hand , has a guest appearance. criticism
The online magazine rap.de rated the album positively overall, only the lack of variety is criticized:
“ Unfortunately, Godsilla's uniqueness does not mean a wealth of variants. Flow and emphasis stay the same throughout the album. Due to the good, but unfortunately similarly held beats, the monotony is reinforced, which is only interrupted by a few exceptions. All the tracks have good lines and good rhymes, but too few tracks really stand out. It's a shame, precisely because all the prerequisites for an excellent album are in place and yet 'only' a good one has emerged. "
