Mathias Schlung

Mathias Schlung (born May 11, 1971 in Göttingen ) is a German actor , speaker , presenter , musical artist and comedian .

After training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna with Klaus-Maria Brandauer and Karlheinz Hackl, among others, and many years of work at various theaters in Germany and Austria (Deutsches Theater in Göttingen, Schlosstheater Celle , Salzburg Festival , Ernst-Deutsch Theater Hamburg, Grips- Theater Berlin and others), he was best known for the Sat.1 formats Die Dreisten Drei or Happy Friday , Nicola (RTL), Die Comedy -fallen , but also through participation in Police Call 110 Die Macht und Ihr Preis (2000). He was also seen until May 2007 as Professor Abronsius in the musical Tanz der Vampire in Berlin .

In 2008 Mathias Schlung left Die Dreisten Drei to take on the leading role of Abahachi in the musical Der Schuh des Manitu in Berlin.

As part of the Nibelungen Festival 2009 in Worms , Mathias Schlung appeared on stage in The Life of Siegfried in the main role of Seefred.

In 2013 Mathias Schlung appeared again at the Salzburg Festival.
