Mathilde Myhrvold (born July 16, 1998 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Myhrvold, who starts for the Vind IL , took part in junior races until 2018. In February 2017 she became Norwegian junior sprint champion in Voss and classic over 15 km in Steinkjer in March 2018 . At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2017 in Soldier Hollow , she finished 38th over 5 km freestyle, 11th place with the relay and fifth place in the sprint and at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2018 in Goms, tenth place over 5 km classic and sixth place in the sprint. At the beginning of the 2018/19 season she ran her first races in the Scandinavian Cup in Östersund , which she finished in 25th place over 10 km freestyle and seventh place in the sprint. In the further course of the season she came in the points four times and reached 16th place in the overall standings. At the U23 World Championships in Lahti in 2019 , she took 37th place in the 15 km mass start race and 11th place in the sprint. In March 2019, she made her debut in the World Cup in Drammen , finishing 44th in the sprint. In the following year, she got her first World Cup points in her second World Cup appearance with ninth place in the sprint. Three days earlier she was ninth in the sprint at the U23 World Championships in Oberwiesenthal .
