Matilda Ziegler

Matilda FE Ziegler (born July 23, 1964 in Ashford , Kent , England ) is a British television and theater actress .

Life

Matilda Ziegler's first appearance was in the BBC - soap opera EastEnders in which they 1987-1989 drug addict Donna Ludlow played. She was best known in the German-speaking world for her appearances in four episodes of the ITV comedy series Mr. Bean as his uptight friend Irma Gobb (1990 to 1992). She had other appearances in Harbor Lights (1999), Where the Heart Is (2000), Holby City , Casualty and the ITV political drama The Bill (all 2003). Her most recent work is the role of Pearl Pratt in the television series Lark Rise to Candleford , which was broadcast on BBC1 from 2008 to 2011.
