Yoshika Matsubara ( Japanese 松原 良 香 Matsubara Yoshika ; born August 19, 1974 in Hamamatsu , Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football coach and former football player .
career
Matsubara began his football career in 1993 with the Uruguayan club Club Atlético Peñarol , but returned to his home country after a year and played for Júbilo Iwata on loan to Shimizu S-Pulse and JEF United Ichihara Chiba . With the Japanese national team he qualified for the 1996 Summer Olympics, where the Japanese team defeated world champions Brazil in their first game. Between 1999 and 2005 he had several short interludes at various domestic and foreign clubs until he ended his playing career at Fujieda MYFC in 2005.
He then acquired a C-trainer license and opened the Felice Soccer School and in 2009 the company Felice Mondo KK, with which he organizes football events, manages teams and sells football accessories. In 2010 he obtained the trainer's diploma (Japanese advanced trainer license). In November 2015 he was in charge of SC Sagamihara for three games in the J3 League .
