Matthias Joseph Anker
Matthias Joseph Anker (* 1772 in Graz ; † April 3, 1843 ibid) was an Austrian geologist .
Matthias Joseph Anker was first a circle surgeon in Graz, later professor of mineralogy at the Joanneum there . In 1832 he designed the first geological map of Styria.
