Maurice Paske (born February 21, 1996 in Kassel ) is a German handball goalkeeper who currently plays for TV Emsdetten . His nickname is taco .

career

Paske was born in Kassel and was nicknamed "Taco" as a young man. Paske began playing handball at GSV Eintracht Baunatal at the age of four and went through all youth teams there. In the A-youth he played with the club in the Bundesliga . On February 25, 2013 he played his first game in the 3rd division against SV 08 Auerbach. As a junior senior, he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga with the first team in the 2013/14 season . After the club opened bankruptcy proceedings and had to relegate back to the 3rd division , he moved to MT Melsungen after the season . There he played mainly in the second team. On March 3, 2016, however, he was able to celebrate his Bundesliga debut in the away game at the Rhein-Neckar Löwen . In the 2016/17 season he made 9 first division appearances. In 2017 he moved to GWD Minden , where he is also mainly used in the second team. After Kim Sonne suffered a herniated disc , Paske moved up to the professional squad shortly after the start of the season. For the 2019/20 season he moved to the second division TV Emsdetten . There he wears the shirt number 1.
