Max Seither (born February 7, 1914 in Herxheim near Landau / Pfalz , † May 12, 2003 in Bellheim ) was a German politician.
Life
Since then since 1947 a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD).
From October 6, 1953 to October 19, 1969, in the 2nd to the 5th electoral term , he was a member of the German Bundestag . In the 1961 federal election he won the direct mandate in the Neustadt an der Weinstrasse constituency , otherwise he was always elected via the state list of the SPD in Rhineland-Palatinate .
From June 1969 he was the first mayor of the newly formed Lustadt community .
