Max Vonroth

Max Vonroth (born August 16, 1888 in Linkersbaindt ; † August 8, 1957 in Munich ) was a German banker.

Vonroth first attended elementary school in Wassertrüdingen , then the Progymnasium Oettingen and finally the grammar school in Günzburg , which he left with the secondary school leaving certificate. He then worked for two years as a trainee in the Heinrich Kränzlein banking business in Wassertrüdingen and until the beginning of the First World War , where he served in the war, as an official at Deutsche Bank in Munich. From 1934 he was director and full board member of the Bayerische Landesgewerbebank , which later became the central bank Bayerischer Volksbanken . He has also sat on the boards of several companies. From December 1947 until his death he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
