Maximilian Baden

Maximilian Sebastian Baden (born October 8, 1989 in Osterode am Harz ) is a German karateka .

Baden has been practicing karate since 1992 and as a competitive sport since 2004. After several national and international successes, he became the world karate champion of the World Kickboxing and Karate Union (WKU) in the weight class + 90 KG in 2015 and set a record for the shortest final fight by defeating his opponent within twelve seconds.

After the WKU title in 2015, Baden became world champion in karate and vice world champion in kickboxing in the MAA association in 2016 . In the same year he became world champion in the category Sport Jiu Jutsu in the weight class + 100 KG in the association WMAC . In 2017 he became European champion in Kumite ( + 90 KG ) in the MAA association .

Maximilian Baden founded his own martial arts school in Hamburg in 2016 and trains children and young people in martial arts. In 2016 it was recognized by the Martial Arts College as the most successful martial arts school.
