Controversy with Rapid fans

Since Entrup was active in his youth at FK Austria Wien , the rival of SK Rapid Wien , and also belonged to their fan club "Inferno", he was attacked several times by his own fans. On the first day of the match when Max Entrup sat on the bench against SV Ried , the Rapid fans unveiled a banner that read: "M. Entrup - The Green Hell will be an inferno for you!" . At the beginning of August 2016, the ultra group "Lords Rapid" sent an email to all Austrian professional clubs, asking them to sign Entrup before the Vienna derby , as he disliked Rapid. In the same month he was fired at by his own fans in the second leg of the Europa League qualifier against Torpedo Schodsina . In the first Viennese derby of the 2016/17 season, in which Entrup was substituted on in stoppage time, banners were again to be seen saying, among other things, “Kaufn wü di kana, anyway you're a Austriana” or “Entrup none of us”.
