Maximilian Senfft from Pilsach
Friedrich Hugo Maximilian Senfft von Pilsach (born June 20, 1854 in Grimma ; † August 7, 1931 in Reinhardtsgrimma ) was the royal Saxon major general , Herr auf Böhlen and since 1908 owner of Reinhardtsgrimma Castle . By royal appointment, he was a member of the first chamber of the Saxon state parliament from 1914 until its dissolution in 1918 . In the First World War Senfft von Pilsach returned to the military.
He came from the first noble family Senfft von Pilsach and was the son of the general of the cavalry Wilhelm Hugo Senfft von Pilsach and Henriette Auguste von Helldorff . He married Alpheda Luise Teding van Berkhout in The Hague in 1893 (* May 7, 1863 in Batavia; † February 21, 1959 in Meran), daughter of a Dutch plantation owner on Java, with whom he lived for many years in Dresden and Reinhardtsgrimma. From this marriage there were four children, two sons and two daughters.
