The McGovarin Hill is a 830 m high hill at the Oates Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It towers in the Kavrayskiy Hills on the western flank of the Rennick Glacier .
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX III (1982–1983) made his name. Namesake is the Canadian helicopter pilot Steven McGovarin, who was involved in this research trip.
