Medrões is a municipality in the northern Portuguese district of Santa Marta de Penaguião (Vila Real district). It covers an area of ​​5.1 km² and has 505 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

The municipality is located about four kilometers west of the district town of Santa Marta de Penaguião. Economically, the place is characterized by wine and olive growing.

Sights include the parish church, the Capela de São Pedro , the Capela da Nossa Senhora dos Remédios and the Fonte do Rei .

The patron saint of the place is Jesus as Savior, whose feast is celebrated annually in the second week of August.
