Chisel
The chiselling is a manufacturing method of the main group separating that for machining one with a geometrically defined cutting edge. According to DIN 8589, it is used to create any workpiece surface, with the chips being cut off by hitting the tool ( chisel ). The chisel is applied at a steep angle to the workpiece surface.
