Supported by her father, the jazz pianist Tibor Barkoczy , Melinda Stoika's music and stage training began as a child. From the age of six she took piano and ballet lessons and played various roles at the Hungarian State Opera and the Budapest Operetta Theater . In 1987 her family moved with her to Vienna. During her training as a fashion designer , at the age of 16 she started her musical career as a DJ and singer at the Vienna Hotel Marriott together with Louie Austen and her father's jazz band. After various tours with the Austrian guitarist Harri Stojka , she produced her first single "Let me know" with the band Deephousemafia in 2003 , which also attracted attention in London, Paris and Los Angeles. In the following year Melinda Stoika was instrumental in founding the formation DelaDap , with which she toured as a singer for ten years and released a total of four albums. As an artist in demand as a vocalist and also as an advertising jingle composer and producer in numerous high-quality music projects and events , Melinda Stoika also worked on her musical versatility and the perfection of her personal style during this time.
