Meresanch II was a princess of the ancient Egyptian 4th dynasty . She was a daughter of Pharaoh Cheops and married to Horbaef , who was probably her brother. Children from this marriage were Djati and a daughter named Neferetkau.

Meresanch II owns the mastaba G 7410 in the east cemetery of the Great Pyramid of Cheops . Relief fragments from the sacrificial chapel, which are now in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston , show the deceased sitting in a boat.
