Merrill G. White
Merrill G. White (born December 13, 1901 in California , † March 21, 1959 in Hollywood , California) was an American film editor .
Life
White was involved in 39 film productions as an editor from 1927 to 1959. He also worked as a screenwriter for the first time in the film Roter Staub (1956). The following year, this was the case for a second and final time at Ghost Diver .
In 1957 he was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Editing for Red Dust .
