The Lucerne Fair organized annually since the 1980s consumer fair LUGA . In addition, it organizes trade fairs such as the Suisse Tier , the appli-tech , the Zebi , the Hardware , the Swiss Plastics Expo , the Suisse Floor, the light & sound , the IMS , the AM Expo , the Swiss Handicap and the Swiss Medtech Expo . The exhibition center in the center of Lucerne consists of four halls with an exhibition area of around 15,000 m². The outdoor area is also around 2,000 m². The operator of the site is Messe Luzern AG. Around 15 trade fairs and 25 events with a total of 400,000 visitors take place on the exhibition grounds every year .
Infrastructure
Hall 1
Hall 1 has a length of 90 meters and a width of 55 meters and a gross area of around 5,000 square meters. The hall has no columns and is 11.5 meters high. A foyer connects Halls 1 and 2.
In Hall 1 there is, among other things, an organizer's office, a lounge, four backstage rooms (3 cloakrooms with shower and toilet, 1 tea kitchen). A restaurant can optionally be operated in Hall 1.
Hall 2
With a length of 90 meters, a width of 55 meters and a height of 9.6 meters, Hall 2 has a gross area of around 5,000 square meters. In the foyer there is a coffee bar with standing and seating. The exhibition's own restaurant has space for 350 people. In Hall 2 there is a foyer with an area of 850 m². There is also a gallery on the 1st floor that allows a clear view of the foyer and restaurant.
In Hall 2 there is, among other things, an organizer's office and a first- aid room . 12 ladies toilets , six men's toilets, 12 urinals and 2 disabled toilets complete the sanitary installation in the hall. One of the special features is that it can be darkened using 8 skylights. 10 delivery gates and doors are available for deliveries during trade fairs and events.
Hall 3
Hall 3 has a basement and an upper floor . Together they offer around 1,600 square meters of usable space. The upper floor offers a full service restaurant including a terrace . In the basement, a connecting staircase to Hall 4 can optionally be installed. A goods lift (L: 2.9 m | W: 1.5 m | H: 2.1 m) is available for delivery.
Hall 4
You can get to Hall 4 through the connecting stairs in Hall 3. Optionally, an inner ramp can also secure access between Hall 3 and Hall 4. These two halls can only be used in combination. An outside ramp at the end of Hall 4 is used for delivery . Escape stairs and darkening of the hall can be used.

General assemblies, congresses, meetings and banquets take place in the halls of the Lucerne Exhibition Center. The halls offer space for 500 - 6000 people.

Transport links
Private transport
The exhibition grounds are located on Kantonsstrasse K 32 Luzern– Horw . The site is also connected to the A2 motorway via the “Luzern-Horw” exit . There are three outdoor parking spaces available together with the Swissporarena as well as the multi-storey car park at the sports building, which are supplemented by event parking spaces for large-scale events.
The exhibition grounds can be reached by bike from the city of Lucerne and the municipalities of Kriens and Horw via Kantonsstrasse K 32. Bike parking spaces are available at the “Luzern Allmend / Messe” S-Bahn station
Public transport
The S-Bahn lines S4 and S5 alternate every 15 minutes from Lucerne train station to the “Luzern Allmend / Messe” stop. In addition, bus line 20 operated by the Lucerne public transport company connects the exhibition grounds with the Lucerne and Horw train stations.
