Mestor (son of Priam)
Mestor ( Greek Μήστωρ ) is one of the sons of Priam in Greek mythology , his mother is unknown.
Mestor was slain by Achilles during the Trojan War after Aeneas , whose cows Achilles tried to steal on Mount Ida , fled. Priam bitterly lamented the death of his son and placed Mestor, whom he leads first and calls a divine hero, next to Hector and Troilus .
