Mesut Saray (born November 3, 1987 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Saray started club football in his native Istanbul in the youth of Zeytinburnuspor and was accepted into the professional squad in 2005 with a professional contract. In his first season he made eight league appearances and in the second he won a regular place right at the start of the season. In 2007 he switched to the then third division club Çanakkale Dardanelspor as a professional player . Here he played in the starting line-up from the first season. At the end of the 2008/09 season Dardanelspor rose as the play-off winner of the TFF 2nd Lig in the TFF 1st Lig . After his team missed relegation at the end of the following season, he rose with her back into the TFF 2nd Lig. In the following season, the club even rose to the TFF 3rd Lig .

After Dardanelspors relegated to the TFF 3rd Lig, Saray moved to the second division Tavşanlı Linyitspor together with his teammate Murat Özavcı . After the 2012/13 season , the contract was terminated by mutual agreement.

For the summer of 2013 he was hired by league competitor Adana Demirspor . He left this club for the 2015/16 season and then moved to the second division side Elazığspor . After two years for Elazığspor, he was signed by third division Bandırmaspor in the summer of 2017 .
