Międzybórz is a village in Poland and belongs to the urban and rural municipality Opoczno , Powiat Opoczyński , Łódź Voivodeship .

Międzybórz is located on the east bank of the Drzewiczka River . The village is located 5 km northeast of Opoczno.
history
The first written mention of the village comes from the sixteenth century.
Jan Łaski , 1456–1531 Grand Chancellor of the Crown, the Archbishop of Gniezno, remembers that from 1510 Międzybórz belonged to the Roman Catholic parish in Libiszów .
In the following centuries the village changed hands several times.
In the years 1948–1969 the village belonged to Libiszów and in the years 1969–1975 to Bukowiec Opoczyński. Międzybórz has belonged to the Opoczno municipality since 1975.
Between 1975 and 1998 the village belonged to the Piotrków Voivodeship .
