Michael Bischoff (born 1949 ) is a German translator .

Life

Michael Bischoff translates philosophical, cultural-historical and sociological literature from French and English into German, including works by Émile Durkheim , Michel Foucault and Roland Barthes . Bischoff also translates for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung .
