Michael Craig
Michael Craig (* 27. January 1928 in Pune , India , as Michael Francis Gregson ) is an English actor and screenwriter .
Life
Michael Craig grew up in India and Canada. At the age of twenty he came to England and immediately found employment as an extra in the film industry, and shortly afterwards as a stage actor. From 1951 Craig appeared in television productions and from 1953 regularly in the cinema. His work includes crime films as well as screen adventures and problem films. From the late 1960s, Craig worked in several Italian and Spanish productions, and from the mid-1970s for Australian films.
At the Oscar ceremony in 1961 was Craig for Wrath silence along with Richard Gregson , his brother, and Bryan Forbes in the category Original Screenplay Best nominated.
