Michael Feindler
Michael Feindler (born March 31, 1989 in Münster ) is a German poet and cabaret artist .
Life and work
In 1992 Michael Feindler moved with his family to Wuppertal . He attended St. Anna-Gymnasium and played in its cabaret group Notbremse , of which he has been a member since it was founded in 2004. After graduating from high school in 2008, he did community service until March 2009 and from October 2009 studied political science, philosophy and journalism at the Free University of Berlin .
He appears regularly at poetry slams , including the Zakk in Düsseldorf , and has been a multiple participant in the German-language poetry slam championships since 2007 . Since May 2009 he has performed his solo program Alone Among People - Cabaret by meter . In November 2012, a second solo program followed under the title Dumm nickt gut .
In April 2012 he was portrayed with numerous recordings from his appearances as part of the series “Cabaret Bundesliga 2011/2012” in the program Querköpfe des Deutschlandfunk . Feindler pointed out that the rhyming and socially critical poetry of Erich Kästner gave him the original "kick" to plow the field of cabaret himself.
Michael Feindler belongs to the Celle school .
