Michael Hecht (born  April 27, 1965 in Munich ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

At the age of 18, Hecht was a member of the Bayern league team TSV 1860 Munich , for which he played a single game in his first season and also scored his first goal in this. In the following season he completed 18 league games, scored one goal and won the Bayern League championship. In the following season he moved within the league to SpVgg Unterhaching and stayed there for only one season. He then worked for FC Wacker Munich in the Bayern-Süd regional league for two years . After the end of the first season he finished second with his team, the following year he rose with the team as champions in the Oberliga Bayern and finished eighth in the table at the end of the season. He played from 1989 to 1990 for the champions of the Bavarian regional league in the middle of 1988 and the new league promoted SpVgg Weiden . In the 1990/91 season he played 26 regional league games (two goals) for the amateur team at Bayern Munich. During this season he was also a member of the professional squad for Bundesliga club FC Bayern Munich . After a season without involvement in the game, he moved to city rivals TSV 1860 Munich in the 2nd Bundesliga and made his debut on July 24, 1991 (1st matchday) in the 1: 2 defeat at SC Freiburg . He scored once in 23 games for TSV 1860 Munich: On September 7, 1991 (8th matchday) in a 2-2 draw in Halle . In 1992/93 he played again for SpVgg Weiden. After the first of two seasons at FC Augsburg , he was promoted to the Bayern league champions and after successfully qualifying for the Regionalliga Süd. Hecht moved within the division to Dynamo Dresden in the Regionalliga Nordost , stayed there for a season and changed clubs again. In just one season he contributed to the promotion of SpVgg Greuther Fürth to the 2nd Bundesliga in 1997 . In 1997/98 he was 15 times in the Bavarian League for SG Quelle Fürth and was second in the championship. In 1998/99 he ended his footballing career with the Würzburger Kickers in the Bayern-Nord regional league .
