Life

Michael J. Müller gained his first theater experience in his youth in the school theater group "Prolögchen" at the Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium in Pirmasens and took part with this group in 2000 at the Theatertreffen der Jugend at the Berlin Festival.

After his acting studies at the University of Arts in Berlin and at the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (GITIS) in Moscow (visiting student 2004) he worked as a guest on the Theater an der Parkaue in Berlin until 2007, his first engagement at the Theater Konstanz under the directorship Christoph Nix took over.

In addition to his acting work, Michael J. Müller has always been interested in the interface between audience and theater. This is how the interactive exhibition MUT-MACH-MASCHINEN was created in 2007 in his hometown of Pirmasens, funded by the Federal Cultural Foundation or the collaboration with the free Palatinate people's theater group “chawwerusch”.

In addition, Müller regularly works with young people and children and in this context repeatedly stages smaller theatrical events.

Michael J. Müller has been studying communication and cultural management and economics at the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen since 2012 .
