Michael Lehmann (born October 16, 1984 in Kaiserslautern ) is a German soccer player . The defensive midfielder is 1.78 m tall and weighs 66 kg.

He joined the SV Wiesenthalerhof football club at the age of four . In 1992 he moved to the youth department of 1. FC Kaiserslautern , where he made the leap into the Bundesliga club's squad and made his debut in the Bundesliga on December 17, 2003 under coach Eric Gerets in a 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund . Lehmann stayed in Kaiserslautern until 2007, where he played 14 games for the first team, but mostly only played for the FCK reserve, for which he played a total of 65 games. Then he moved to Switzerland for FC Wil . On June 19, 2008 his move to Sportvereinigung 07 Elversberg in the Regionalliga West became known. There he signed a contract for two years. Michael Lehmann has been playing at SC 07 Idar-Oberstein since July 2010 , with whom he became champion of the Oberliga Südwest in 2010/11 and was promoted to the Regionalliga West . He is now also the team captain of the regional league team.

Lehmann has been a teacher of physics and mathematics since 2015.
