Michael Poliza

Michael Poliza (born January 1, 1958 in Hamburg ) is a German actor , entrepreneur , author and photographer .

Life

Poliza grew up as the child of a family of restaurateurs in Hamburg who ran the Old Inn pub . His acting talent was discovered in his early youth . He got leading roles in the television film Tadellöser and Wolff or the ZDF television series Unser heile Welt and thus became a child star on German-speaking television . During his youth, Poliza took part in over 70 television and feature film productions before he went to the USA as an exchange student . There the computer-enthusiastic computer science student made friends with Bill Gates, among others .

Age of 23 founded Poliza his first IT - company and began as a pioneer in its sector with it, IBM - computer the first time in Germany to import. At the age of only 26, he had already become a self-made millionaire and built up several successful corporate groups in the USA and Germany. When the stock market crashed in the late 1990s, Poliza then lost a large part of his fortune.

After a private crisis Poliza decided in 1997 to its IT - company to sell and the photograph to make his profession.

Michael Poliza is the brother of the actor and entrepreneur Andreas Poliza .
